We are seeking quality candidates for the role of Part-Time Administration Assistant working approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, ideally over 2 or 3 days each week. Flexibility available on start and finish time each day.
The ideal candidate for this role will have attributes and experience in the following areas:
- Previous experience as an administration assistant
- General office administration duties
- Reception duties
- Experience using MYOB and/or Xero preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound organisation and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally liaise with staff and clients
