Airport Services Agent

As an Emirates Airport Services Agent, you will work in all areas of the Airport operation, supporting and overseeing check-in, boarding, ramp and lounge. You will also be involved in:  

• Providing assistance to Emirates customers;
• Delivering high quality and professional customer service;
• Co-ordinating the airport operation of the chauffeur-driven limousine service;
• Monitoring the levels of services provided to Emirates and ensuring service standards are maintained;
• Ensuring a safe and on time departure of flights; and
• Delivering high quality of service in the Emirates lounge including liaison with service providers and supervision contracted staff, overseeing catering, cleaning and maintenance operations.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in Airport Ground Handling Services or airline related experience e.g. Cabin Crew
• Must be skilled in customer service delivery, as well as possess good interpersonal and effective cross-cultural communication skills
• Experience within a Premium Lounge environment, hospitality, or F&B industry would also be an advantage
• Quick learners with systems and experience with Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Excel/Work/Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and knowledge of Basic Fares and Ticketing would be advantageous
• High school level of education or equivalent

• The roster is driven by operational requirements. With the current flight schedule, shifts are currently performed between the range of 0200 - 2330.
• This position will see the successful candidate working across the Emirates Sydney operation, which includes within the Emirates lounge.
