The role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage a diverse clinical caseload while working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Furthermore, as the successful Grade 3 AHA, you'll have the chance to step into a leadership role, overseeing Grade 2 AHA and AHA students. This presents a fantastic opportunity to share expertise, mentorship, and guidance while actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives and research project

This role is full time, Grade 3 permanent position and currently based out of our Williamstown Hospital campus (subject to change), which has access to free parking, accessible by public transport (Williamstown Beach train station), and has a close-knit community feel.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:

• Experience in treating and managing clients with a variety of conditions
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience supervising AHAs and students
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and/or research activities
• Experience or ability to quickly develop skills in delivering patient care via home visiting, community locations, aquatic and telehealth (Health Direct platform) modalities
• Full Australian Driver’s license
