ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the Mater Hospital in North Sydney as a Senior Physiotherapist, in the capacity of our Allied Health Coordinator.
This role will be Full time, 38-40 hours per week (+/-ADO), Monday-Friday.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the Allied Health Managers and Allied Health Educator to ensure a safe, effective and efficiently run department.
You will hold a clinical caseload in conjunction with running day to day staffing logistics and driving departmental rostering.

As an outstanding Senior Physiotherapist, you are a master in rapport building, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership.
Your skills will include:
- Minimal of 5 years hospital/private practice experience, in orthopedics
- Clinical management and leadership
- Assistance in workforce planning and service development
- Staff supervision, coaching and mentoring
- High standard off professionalism and communication
