As a Service Manager/ Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the independence and quality of life of individuals across the lifespan. Working in Melbourne's vibrant healthcare community, you will provide comprehensive leadership, development, supervision and business development, collaborating with a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
Relevant Allied Health Tertiary qualification
Ability to provide clinical leadership and support to individuals through joint work, supervision, consultation and mentoring
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
A high level of written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Exceptional time management skills
A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
Current drivers licence and registered vehicle
