Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate inpatient and outpatient Allied Health services within the hospital.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, etc.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline patient care processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance Allied Health services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Allied Health staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Budget management for Allied Health services.
- KPI/Labour management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Physiotherapy, EPS or OT
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
