Job description

Allied Health Workforce Development Manager

  • Support Allied Health staff in the provision of best-practice, patient-centred clinical care
  • Plan, develop, and establish operational and strategic directions across the Allied Health Workforce
  • Part time fixed term to August 2025 – 72 hours per fortnight (parental leave cover)

Your New Role

  • The Allied Health Workforce Unit provides a strong teamwork and leadership culture to deliver the Allied Health Workforce strategic plan
  • Use your experience to develop dynamic and sustainable workforce solutions.
  • Support recruitment, staff development, and assist with informing our Allied Health workforce strategy.
  • Work extensively with Allied Health Management team and in close collaboration with People and Culture
  • Enjoy a career structure which develops specialist clinical, research, education, and leadership skills for Allied Health.

About You

  • You have large tertiary hospital experience and have a collaborative working style.
  • You are looking to expand your leadership and engagement skills with Allied Health professionals.
  • You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
  • You are an AHPRA registered Allied Health Professional keen to work within our supportive and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
