About the role

The Allied Health Services Senior Lead will have a hybrid role in the delivery of Allied Health services to individuals in employment and vocation education services, as well as providing supervision and service development of the national Allied Health team of staff and students.
The role can be based in any location within Australia with hybrid working arrangements available. This is a full time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Provide F2F and Telehealth Allied Health consultations to individuals and groups.
· Providing individualised supports, connecting to local networks, supporting the individuals' interventional supports
· Produce appropriate documentation and reporting relevant to services delivered, including utilisation of system databases.
· Support National Manager in the growth and capabilities of the service delivery
· Deliver outcome-based performance to continue to grow service utilisation and business results
· Work in conjunction with service delivery teams, supporting staff to identify demand for non-vocational interventional support.
· Support national student placement program
· Provide Supervision to undergraduate staff delivering services
· Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment is maintained.

About you:
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for the delivery of Allied Health services to support pre-employment and in work participants.
The successful incumbent of this role must meet the following requirements:

  • Qualified psychologist who is currently registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) AND:
  • Registered Psychologist Supervisor


You will also be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role including:

  • Knowledge of clinical governance in the delivery of Allied Health Services
  • Min 2 years' experience in leading teams and providing supervisory support.
  • Previous experience in delivery of Allied Health Services within the employment services industry (desirable)
  • Experience in the design and delivery of contemporary group and individual support programs to promote progress to, and in employment.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous development of profession and support the national service delivery team.
  • Strong administrative skills, with keen attention to detail
