About the role
The Allied Health Services Senior Lead will have a hybrid role in the delivery of Allied Health services to individuals in employment and vocation education services, as well as providing supervision and service development of the national Allied Health team of staff and students. |
About you:
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for the delivery of Allied Health services to support pre-employment and in work participants.
The successful incumbent of this role must meet the following requirements:
- Qualified psychologist who is currently registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) AND:
- Registered Psychologist Supervisor
You will also be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role including:
- Knowledge of clinical governance in the delivery of Allied Health Services
- Min 2 years' experience in leading teams and providing supervisory support.
- Previous experience in delivery of Allied Health Services within the employment services industry (desirable)
- Experience in the design and delivery of contemporary group and individual support programs to promote progress to, and in employment.
- Willingness to engage in continuous development of profession and support the national service delivery team.
- Strong administrative skills, with keen attention to detail
