SalaryThe Princess Alexandra Adult Mental Health Service, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for a Temporary Full-time position to join their team. Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and Mental Health services within the Metro South catchment. These include community-based ambulatory and residential services, the care services in the community, psychiatric rehabilitation, consultation-liaison to hospital wards and emergency departments and addiction services. About the Role
- Staff are expected to be compliant with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate applications. The data and information include the electronic entry and completion of documentation to meet legislative requirements, including Mental Health Act 2016 documentation, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Lead the development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of education and training initiatives related to therapies program in- line with Workforce Development, research, and evidence-based practice (EBP) across multiple professions, clinical units, and facilities within PA.
- Communicate with influence and use interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills to develop and cultivate producing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
- Monitor, analyse and report on project progress and implement best practice guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved on assigned projects.
