Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, you will see yourself overseeing the provision of care and services to consumers, in addition to tasks such as:
- Supporting workers to promote compliance and quality
- Coordinating scheduling, communication and billing documentation
- Promoting the maintenance of client health through education, counselling and preventative and rehabilitative services
- Assessing, planning care, and providing services to patients according to assigned responsibilities and PEARL Program standards
Requirements
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, social work/welfare, community services and/or health preferred
- Minimum three years’ experience in community service management preferred
- A current drivers license
- Ability to supervise a team of up to 20 people with a variety of duties and skills
- Proven experience in development of community services and aged care programs
- Ability to develop efficient and effective partnerships with stakeholders of the company
- Excellent analytical, research, report writing and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
- Other administrative abilities to promote efficiency and effectiveness both in your role and the team
