This prominent organization seeks individuals proficient in Japanese language, ideally with experience in banking (financial organization), accounting, credit agencies, or consulting for several years. • To support managers in ensuring the portfolio is managed consistent with operation and strategic framework.
• Under supervision of senior management in the credit analyst team, the role will require the successful candidate to:
• Manage credit & portfolio related requests - periodic review of borrower rating and preparation of credit application thought communication with relationship mangers, and credit officers in HQ
• Manage credit linked administrative task - maintenance of system records, covenant check, documentation, and various reporting etc, by smooth communication between relevant parties,
• Generate historical and forward looking financial and industry analysis through credit process, and
• Support the relationship managers for preparation of pitches/proposals.

Primary ResponsibilitiesFinancial
No specific individual target. Expectation is to contribute JC Oceania's gross profit target by sharing the profit opportunity/ idea to the relationship managers which is found through credit/ sector analysis, and support relationship mangers for pitch book/ proposal preparation.Customer / Internal counterpart

• Facilitate credit - obtain client's credit information and facilitate execution with relevant internal parties.
• Communicate with HQ credit divisions on credit matters and address questionnaires.

People

• Develop and maintain relationship with relationship managers, client service team and operations.
• Proactive and positive approach to collaborate with team members

Other/ Control * Develop and demonstrate analytical skills and high level of personal responsibility on his/her output.

• Adhere to all bank's policies and guidelines.
• Proactively understanding importance of risk management, credit assessment framework and find issues and opportunities.

Qualification & Experience

• A few years experiences in Financial Institution, Credit Agency, Accounting Firm, Consultancy or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• High level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
• Preferred - good understanding of corporate banking products
• Japanese language skill
• Unlimited work rights such as Permanent resident, Citizen, Partner Visa holder
