Philips ANZ is seeking an energetic Brand & Communications Manager to join our team based in our Head Office in North Ryde. This pivotal position is dedicated to elevating Philips’ status as a leader in health technology while nurturing and safeguarding the brand's reputation across Australia and New Zealand.
As the ANZ Brand & Communication Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and will lead external brand and Corporate Communications efforts, including PR, executive positioning, digital and integrated communications, thought leadership, crisis communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility, catering to diverse stakeholder audiences (B2B and B2C).
Additionally, you will drive internal communications initiatives to align with local business priorities, utilizing resources from the Communications Centre of Excellence, and collaborating with APAC and Global Brand and Communications Teams.
Your role:
Preserve and strengthen Philip’s reputation and brand as a health technology leader through integrated communications strategies.
Create and align communications strategy to the Philips ANZ business growth agenda & initiatives in various channels, both traditional and digital including social media
Act as the company spokesperson to uphold the brand's integrity and foster media relationships.
Collaborate with the Group Press Office on global announcements and crisis communications when necessary.
Plan & Execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Drive Employee engagement with compelling, engaging & timely employee communications programs through Townhall, company-wide events etc.
You're the right fit if:
You will bring 8+ years of extensive experience in managing external and internal communications processes within an international matrixed organization, with a background in Healthcare, technology industries being highly advantageous .
You will be a self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing and multitasking effectively in a dynamic, creative, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, while navigating different priorities and agendas are essential.
Extensive knowledge and network with media/journalists in the region
Proficiency in digital integrated campaigns and adaptability to new methodologies are also key attributes.
