Provide mail, messenger, documents and records management services with State Government Department Your new company Hays Office Support are currently actively recruiting for an AO2 Administration Officer is a three-month contract. For a large state government agency. Your new role You will be responsible for record and document production for the Business Services team, including archiving. Duties will include:
Records and Document Production
Register and monitor file locations using a computerised records management system.
Create and modify record files.
Convert physical files to digital format (BiT Project).
Ensure accurate naming and proper retention and disposal authority for scanned documents.
Secure legal files according to Conflict-of-Interest guidelines.
Manage closed matters in the Business Data Drive, moving them to the archive folder.
Archive legal matters (significant and non-significant) following Early Digitisation Guidelines.
Scan and digitise incoming mail for the Legal team.
Maintain copier equipment and perform minor maintenance.
Ensure high-quality service for internal and external clients.
Monitor legal files for closure status and update billing information.
