Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to work with a fast growing organisation within the public sector area based in Cannon Hill.

Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Support Officer to support the organisation regarding their maintenance service requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of Field Staff Labour costing. Provide efficient and a high standard of data entry with speed and attention to detail being a crucial requirement.
  • Undertake general administration functions as required.
  • Data entry of Field Staff Labour costing.
  • Identifying and resolving errors in the information provided on timesheets prior to inputting data into system
Candidate Criteria:
  • Excel skills are mandatory
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks but being able to maintain a positive attitude and is a team player.
  • Time management with being able to organise and prioritise work being allocated.
  • Experienced in computer applications
  • Sound typing skills with good accuracy and attention to detail.
