Varying Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing high level customer service via phone - inbound and outbound
- Handle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
- Administration support
- Assist in processing enrolments
- Liaise with business owners & other external stakeholders who may be looking to employ apprentices
- Previous high volume customer service experience.
- Administration experience
- High Level communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly
- Access to own vehicle to travel between locations
