PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our esteemed government client as an AO3 Leasing Administration Officer.
Key Requirements:
- Beginning knowledge of the commercial property sector.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A degree in Property Economics is preferred (though not essential, it would be a significant advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Filing documents related to leasing activities.
- Printing necessary materials for lease management.
- Preparing documents for Lease Managers.
- Assisting Lease Managers with maintenance tasks.
- Supporting Lease Managers with invoicing processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in Leasing Administration or property management is desirable but not required.
