Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers
- Oversee administrative staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants, and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain and organise office files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll.
