The role will see you assisting Queensland residents with debts and payments to ensure a positive outcome for all. Key duties: Proactively supporting clients to recover debts Providing helpful advice and consistent information/education to clients Interpret relevant legislation to make sound decisions Negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts Provide excellent service at all times in line with procedures Skills/experience required: Previous collections experience highly advantageous Contact Centre experience Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to give complex information in a digestible format Able to work on rotating shifts Monday-Friday 8am-6pm…
