Ao4 Project Officer

Your New PositionThe Project Officer will be responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate new survey requests, including procurement processes
• Minor contract management
• Provide advice on accurate and quality survey requests and data information
• Coordinating Microsoft Outlook email inboxes including email and folder structure housekeeping
• Spreadsheet and database maintenance
• Conducting the process of entering/maintenance of data into corporate systems
• Producing composition reports from corporate systems and software programs to both internal and external customers
• Attending infrequent site visits
• Other duties as required

• Have a balanced approach to managing conflicting demands and assist the team to adapt to a changing environment.
• Demonstrate fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to delivery of sport and recreation projects.
• Have superior written and interpersonal skills.
• Work collaboratively with team members and across business units to deliver the required work by managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate personal responsibility in meeting objectives, including the ability to proactively recognise and resolve issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
