- Establish and maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders including manufacturers and dealerships in managing the acquisition and delivery of fleet vehicles.
- Undertake portfolio management activities including providing support for the preparation and maintenance of project plans, records, and registers.
- Process purchase orders, invoices and maintain asset data.
- Provide administrative support through the issuing and processing of high-quality correspondence, briefings, and reports.
- Contribute to systems and procedures development and improvement to ensure the effective and equitable management of Fleet Services and efficient utilisation of assets.
- Contribute to liaising with and updating internal and external clients and stakeholders concerning QPS Fleet Services matters.
