Form of work Opportunity for a Project Support Officer within the State Government! Your new company It is a Queensland state government department that provides a range of services aimed at achieving good health and well-being for all Queenslanders. The department is made up of 16 hospitals and health services. Your new role Will be reporting to the Business Partner Lead and will involve duties such as but not limited to:
Assisting with administrative tasks and activities
Liaising with senior management and hiring managers within the business
Secretariat support
Coordination of meetings and logistics
Review and creation of documents
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in an administrative based role
Some exposure to recruitment and onboarding will be beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail
Whilst not mandatory, a qualification in business administration/ human resources would be beneficial.
