Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading women's support service provider in ACT to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager to women with AOD presentations on a full time, permanent basis in the ACT.
Role
As the successful candidate, your role will be to provide wrap around, trauma informed support to women with complex comorbid AOD presentations. You will:
- Undertake comprehensive client assessments, including safety and risk.
- Undertake AOD interventions
- Support colleagues with clients that can at times be unpredictable, distressed or uncooperative
- Provide accurate records of all aspects of support provided to clients including: case management plans, identified needs, priorities, goals, action, notes, or other relevant information or documentation to meet legal requirements.
Criteria
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Ideally degree level qualifications in social work, psychology, nursing or related field (Diploma level qualifications with extensive experience would also be considered)
- Experience working with women with complex needs
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- A driver license is essential, pool cars are available
In return, you will be offered a base salary of $93-107k + Super + the benefits of salary packaging.
