Full Function Accounts Payable - Sydney CBD Based- Fulltime 5 Month Contract

About the role
Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Admin Officer to join their accounts team on a full time five month contract. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team, offering a friendly working environment with the possibility to extend.
The Responsibilities

• Accounts payable & consumable payments
• Data entry, coding and processing
• Follow-up of creditor issues
• Liaising with suppliers
• Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries
• Credit card reconciliation, fleet card management, toll tags, motor vehicle registers
• Assist in managing office duties and administrative tasks

The successful applicant will have

• At least two years experience with tier 2 ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Pronto or similar
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience or similar role
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Friendly and positive attitude
