The Role
This AP Officer role is varied and broad. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing a medium to high volume of invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Staff expense management
- Perform statement reconciliations
- Credit card management
- Weekly AP reporting
Your Background
To be considered for this AP Officer role, you should have the following skills and attributes:
- Have at least 3 to 4 years of full-function AP experience
- Previous experience working in a medium to large organisation
- Processed a medium volume of invoices on a daily basis
- Being involved with process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
