• Our client is seeking an APAC Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the Asia-Pacific & Sub-Saharan Africa Regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Regional Marketing: Collaborate with local managers and distribution partners to lead all marketing activities.
• Drive Strategic Objectives: Develop and implement new strategic marketing objectives aligned with market trends.
• Pricing and Promotions: Supervise regional pricing and promotional activities, ensuring competitiveness.
• Digital Marketing Mastery: Manage digital activities and campaigns, including social media, web, EDM, and influencer marketing.
• KOL Network Expansion: Expand the network of regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for enhanced brand visibility.
• Education and Training Coordination: Coordinate customer education programs and sales training initiatives.
• Event Management: Oversee participation in events and trade shows, ensuring impactful representation.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, contribute to business plans, and oversee product launches.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market information, competitor activities, and other data to maximize revenue.
• Effective Communication: Communicate strategies and updates to Regional Managers and distributors, providing insights to HQ.
• Brand Representation: Build a strong, positive, and consistent regional divisional image within the company's Global Marketing Core Team.

Qualifications:

• Marketing or relevant degree, with a preference for a Master's qualification.
• 5+ years of Dental Marketing Management experience in the Medical Device Industry
• Strong technical knowledge of Digital Marketing & Communication strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
