You'll leverage your expertise to ensure these applications run smoothly, troubleshoot any issues, and identify areas for improvement. • Relevant experience and technical knowledge using one or more of the following platforms:
  • Infor Pathway
  • TechnologyOne CiA
  • HP Content Manager
  • Frontier iChris
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and optimise software for business needs.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure applications are developed, tested, and deployed flawlessly.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer-oriented support in a large organisation.
• The ability to translate technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical users.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with end-users, software vendors, and the IT team.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines while juggling competing priorities.
• A demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
