About the role
Provide application support on the customer team, initial focus will be for the customer application but will look to expand into additional application over time. This is a support role with a focus on enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take Ownership of and troubleshoot incidents and provide technical code fixes and data fixes.
- Develop program enhancements as defined in functional requirements / user stories.
- Ensure unit tests are developed and executed on all code changes and enhancements prior to peer review.
- Ensure peer review is always completed successfully prior to migration of data fixes, code changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurrent incidents and undertake root cause analysis providing permanent solutions to underlying problems.
- Ensures that solutions adhere to development standards.
- Maintains current documentation on all programs, systems and procedures.
- Ensure SLAs are achieved, and the customers expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed.
