Application Support Analyst | Equity Finance

Join our Equity Finance business who rely heavily on inhouse developed systems to make profitable and sustainable income. You will work with other passionate technologists, globally, to make a significant impact to our business. primarily focused on trading Stock Loan, Repos and Swaps in the APAC and European regions.

What role will you play?
You will provide first level support to business users in the APAC region and work with the DevOps team globally to hand over critical issues using the “Follow the Sun” model. You will be responsible for ensuring production system stability, actively monitoring and remediating any system alerts and remediating tech obsolescence by actively managing server patches and migrations. You will also facilitate the application migration from on-prem to public cloud.
What you offer
5+ years’ experience in application operations support
Experience with supporting Java/Spring based application
Experience with relational database and SQL, Unix Shell scripts
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
Experience with Application Servers provisioning and monitoring (Linux/Microsoft)
Expsure to Splunk, AppDynamics, or a similar monitoring tool
Previously worked with Incident management system such as Remedy or Helix
Exposure to Scheduling tools such as Control-M
