The Key aspect of this role is to support the financials and procurement business practices and resolve business process issues to ensure system functionality is leveraged to achieve best practice. The broader aspect of this role is also to develop and test scripts that include anticipated and unexpected outcomes for proposed changes. You will ensure compliance with a strong focus on customer service in accordance with service level agreements for Health Agency customers.Our Organisation is currently embarking on an FMIS upgrade project to Oracle Fusion ERP. This role perform testing in Oracle Fusion ERP and support during the go live and as part of business as usual.Health Manager Level 2, commencing salary from $106,142 - $125,241 per annum + 11% Super and Annual Leave loadingFor more information, read the full .What you will doAs an integral member of the team, you will be involved in:
  • Specialised procurement and finance application advice and support for all FMIS Applications including Oracle eBusiness suite Financial and Procurement modules, Oracle Fusion ERP, Document Management Solutions, Invoice Scanning solutions, Business to Business solutions, and other state-wide finance applications managed by the FMIS Operations team.
  • High-quality Application Support for all FMIS Applications including Oracle eBusiness suite Financial and Procurement modules, Document Management Solutions, Visiting Medical Officers’ timesheet systems, Invoice Scanning solutions, Business to Business solutions, and other state-wide finance applications managed by the FMIS Operations team
  • Respond to and Support requests on State Wide Service Desk, system testing, monitoring of system processes, rollout of system changes, and liaising with third-party vendors for support
  • Ability to write SQL to assist with eBusiness suite problems solving and adhoc reporting as required
  • Investigate and liaise with the FMIS Applications Management team for the resolution of system issues and document the investigation
  • Mentor and coach, the FMIS team members and provide documentation and procedures on new system issues
  • Develop, implement, and adhere to eHealth and HealthShare change management, audit, security or operational procedures
