Job description

CHC is seeking a highly motivated and organised person to provide a high level of customer service through managing our application and allocation processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to be confident working with applicants that are applying for CHC properties. The role is fast paced, requires strong organisation and communication skills, and requires a person who is comfortable in sometimes challenging situations. Ideally the right candidate would have some experience within the real estate or human services sectors.

As a member of a small team, you will undertake various tasks required to ensure efficient and effective portfolio management and an outstanding level of service to our tenants. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assessing all applications.
  2. Monitoring and management of the Tenancy Inbox.
  3. Advertising properties as required.
  4. Management of community facility bookings, including invoicing and payments.
  5. Entry rent eligibility calculations.
  6. Housing offers to applicants.
  7. Maintain snug platform.
  8. Lease paperwork.
  9. Provide additional support to Tenancy team as required.

As a Applications Officer (CHC 2.1), you will be covered by the CHC Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2025 and entitled to a salary commencing at $61,948 pa, plus 11% Superannuation per annum.
