Applications Specialist – Ultrasound, based in Sydney in a part-time role. The key focus of your role will be to provide clinical and applications support to new and existing customers in the operation of Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Systems. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relations, installations and educating customers with regards to the Siemens Healthineers products. In addition, you would support presales meetings and provide product support.
Your tasks and responsibilities:- Provide sales support through visiting customers and partnering with the sales team as required.
- Working with Sales and Product Manager on opportunities including strategising to win.
- Demonstrations and customer presentations if required.
- Perform demonstrations to ensure the highest impact and most effective demonstration of functionality, useability and workflow.
- Assist in developing and running of workshops and training for improved product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers.
- Deliver applications / system configuration support to specific customers to enhance the clinical and useability of the Siemens Healthineers equipment, improving and consolidating relationships as well as the brand and positioning of Siemens Healthineers.
- Attendance at trade fairs and conferences / workshops for demonstrations and customer interaction to promote offerings.
Your qualifications, experience and attributes:You will have a strong customer focus and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people. Candidates must be mobile, as travel is a key requirement of the role due to the territory involved. You will be a recognised Accredited Sonographer or equivalent experience and/or knowledge of relevant technologies and/or applications in different markets are helpful.
