Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain such. Current drivers license would be advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Update and maintain accurate client files in the meal management system (Polixen)
- Answer and return phone calls from clients, supplier, external organisations together with internal staff in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Communicate respectfully with all individuals including clients and their carer’s, staff, volunteers and the community.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator including data entry of menus, milage and petrol reimbursements, printing and photocopying as required.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies.
- Assist with distribution of publications including mail outs.
- Undertake Eftpos payments with clients in accordance with Finance procedures.
- Identify and report to the Service Coordinator any area for potential improvement to operations.
- Participate in education and training opportunities.
- Provide assistance to Pick n packers as required.
