About the Role
We are seeking Apprentice Chefs with a genuine interest in a career in hospitality, to join the Ritz-Carlton team. You will work a minimum of 20 hours per week and gain hands-on skills and experience in an exceptional kitchen environment, whilst working towards a trade qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery).
Duties include –
- Preparation and presentation of an exciting range of culinary dishes in line with company quality standards
- Maintaining kitchen area in line with company and food safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Preferably a background in a hospitality/commercial kitchen environment, or if you are looking to start your career and have a passion for food
- Passion for customer service
- Enjoy working as a team
