The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to work alongside our Service Technicians as a Trade Assistant or an opportunity as an Apprentice. 

We are searching for applicants who are keen to get into the industry and with the right attitude. Tasks will include Service Technician support, including fault finding on equipment and scheduling of repairs within the workshop and on-site.

The Duties

Your duties may include but not limited to:

• Assisting the Service Technicians with installations and repairs 
• Responding to customer service enquiries 
• Fault-finding and problem solving
• Able to do heavy lifting

Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Be well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
• Be motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Well-developed communication skills, along with a team player attitude
• High level of attention to detail
• Willing to work in a team environment
• Current Manual Driver's license essential
• Proven commitment to safety
• Forklift, Medium and Heavy Vehicle licenses are an advantage but not essential
