Seeking experience executive assistant and administrative candidates, preferably with experience in the health sector.Our client is looking to fill an APS 4 Executive Assistant/Administration Officer role for initaly 6 months on a non ongoing contract, with potential extension.This role is full time and has a preference for being in the office.The duties of an Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and stakeholders;
- Complex diary management;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Email and correspondence management;
- Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, and minute taking as needed;
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff;
- Coordinating travel, including bookings and managing itineraries;
- Executive expense management;
- Event coordination as required;
- Active part of administration leadership team
- Proven experience in providing high level executive support;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proactive and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Well-developed organisational and networking skills; and
- High level of professional discretion.
