If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our national team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of operational tasks and initiatives. You'll play a key role in liaising with team leaders and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of operational functions. Representing the COO, your duties will include overseeing and maintaining oversight of all operational aspects within the business, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all communications, meetings, and actions on behalf of the COO.
- Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure they are well-prepared and on time for all commitments.
- Participating and contributing to the delivery of national strategies at an operational level.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in managing and coordinating special projects or initiatives as assigned by the COO.
To excel in this role, you should have exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong resilience, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is essential.
Requirements;
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field may be preferred.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a project coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Attentiveness to detail to ensure accuracy in project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
