This role is perfect for a person who thrives on variety and can confidently juggle competing priorities. You are a self-starter and problem solver, quick to grasp broad concepts and objectives and use this to create and implement a detailed game plan. You recognise the importance of your role as a representative of the Executive team, and lead by example as a cultural ambassador for our organisation.
In addition, this role provides administrative support by way of:
- Executive support including diary management, organising meetings, responding to emails, phone calls and enquiries and managing travel
- Preparing comprehensive reports, taking meeting minutes at a Board level and ensuring document control for our library of shared information
- Provide administrative support to the Executive and leadership teams
- Coordinate team workshops, planning sessions and other events
- Project management, research and analysis
- Being progressive and looking for opportunities to evolve the way we do things
What success looks like
To succeed in this role, you will need to be super organised and have previous experience in providing administrative support at an executive level in a growing and diverse organisation.
You are confident in adapting to meet the needs of others and the ever changing and evolving world around us including new systems, technology and business practices.
You are confident in providing administrative support and take pride in your attention to detail and timely execution.
