Our client is a Federal Government agency seeking an APS 5 and APS 6 Administration Officer to assist with a temp role.

These roles will support the development of a program.
Under the supervision of an EL1, the labour hire workers will be responsible for:
- Sorting and categorising responses to a public survey (received via an Excel file)
- Grouping and creating basic summaries and graphs of these responses
- Setting up webinars/meetings with external stakeholders - including activities such as drafting invitations, setting up calendar invitations, tracking responses, notetaking during the meeting, tracking questions/actions
- Setting up monthly meetings Advisory Group and/or Steering Group meetings - including activities such as drafting invitations, setting up calendar invitations, tracking responses, notetaking during the meeting, tracking questions/actions
- Updating basic website content on the hub websites
- Filing information on the department's records management system
- Managing a shared inbox.
