The Library is seeking to fill a non-ongoing Program Manager, Partner Liaison (APS 6) role in the Trove Partnerships Section of the Collaboration Branch. This role is available immediately until December 2024 and offers suitable applicants the experience of to work at one of Australia’s leading cultural institutions.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated person with a strong customer service focus and excellent engagement skills to play a key central liaison role for Trove Partners. You will provide high-level advice to partner enquiries and facilitate the delivery of Trove Partner programs and activities, including membership management, analytical reporting, and user support and training materials.
In the first half of 2024 the role will be required to provide Partner support and communications for numerous Trove development activities underway.
We are seeking someone who will deliver high quality outcomes though developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Opportunity
This role is only available to ongoing National Library of Australia and APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of up to 10 months.
