Only catch is you MUST be able to obtain or hold a Baseline and NV1 clearance.
As the Executive Assistant to high-ranking officials within our Federal Government, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our executive offices. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with precision and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritisation of appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Facilitate seamless communication flow within and outside the office, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation and Briefing: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government standards.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for official trips, demonstrating an understanding of government travel policies.
- Meeting Support: Provide comprehensive support for meetings, including preparation of agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a government setting or willing to learn.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with government-specific software.
