The People and Facilities Unit (PFU) within the Business and Technoloy Group provides internal client service and support for recruitment, learning and development, work health and safety, workplace relations, workforce reporting, staff performance, reception, and facilities.
We are seeking enthusiastic HR Officers to join our Recruitment team within the PFU, who are interested in working across a variety of Human Resource functions at the APS4 and APS5 level.
The HR Officer is an integral part of the team. You will be given the opportunity to contribute your expertise to practices, policies, and processes that will positively shape the recruitment needs of the AIHW now and into the future.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a positive customer service-driven attitude. You will be someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, be able to apply sound judgement, and who effectively manages competing priorities. In return, you will be supported by a small close-knit team, gain broader experience across various HR functions, and work closely with team leaders on key projects.
