About the Role:
As the Recruitment and HR Officer, your responsibilities include:
- Actively recruiting employees to meet organisational needs
- Providing supervision to staff (Quarterly)
- Understanding changing workforce needs and implementing supportive strategies
- Cultivating a positive work culture
- Organising training and performance management for staff
- Liaising with the EAP provider
About You:
- Passionate about the modern disability sector workplace
- Ideally experience in the Community sector with SCHADS award knowledge
- Diligent, responsive, and communicative
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication technology
- Ability to work to KPIs
- Obtain and hold a WWVP
