About the Role:

As the Recruitment and HR Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Actively recruiting employees to meet organisational needs
• Providing supervision to staff (Quarterly)
• Understanding changing workforce needs and implementing supportive strategies
• Cultivating a positive work culture
• Organising training and performance management for staff
• Liaising with the EAP provider

About You:

• Passionate about the modern disability sector workplace
• Ideally experience in the Community sector with SCHADS award knowledge
• Diligent, responsive, and communicative
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to work autonomously or in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication technology
• Ability to work to KPIs
• Obtain and hold a WWVP
