Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary ready to take on additional responsibilities, not only supporting Partners, but working closely with the Operations Manager and assisting with process improvements, tender submissions and events.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with file management, including organising, updating, and maintaining client records and case files
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
- Assist with billing and invoicing
- Audio transcribing
- Assisting with reception cover, and general admin
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Employment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
