The opportunity we have available
We are currently seeking to fill a range of Executive Assistant positions at the APS5 classification across the department. As an Executive Assistant you will provide high level executive and administrative support to First Assistant Secretary's. This includes management of appointments, coordination of meetings and responding to incoming communications. You will be supporting your relevant First Assistant Secretary, along with providing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of your division.
