Critical role supporting a High Level Executive and team * $50.00 - $55.00 ph + superannuation
- Fixed term contract (WFH 1 day per week)
- Be the first point of contact for the team
- Provide support to one of the executive team's diary, ensuring they are prepared for meetings or appointments;
- Compile, prepare and distribute any necessary packs and information
- Support the team in administration functions, travel requirements and less complex research requirements.
- Note taking and preparation of agendas.
- Assistance with preparation of PowerPoint presentations as required.
- Management of corporate policy documents including creation of new policies and maintenance of existing policies.
- Management of digital file storage for the executive team with the utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage workflow and authorisations for travel across the group
- Experience in providing executive support and assistance at a senior level and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in organising events (workshops and meetings).
- Experience in travel management.
- High attention to detail and a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite.
