Your new role
The Service Guidance and Practice Branch is responsible for presenting Agency policy, improvements and system enhancements in clear operational guidelines to support the Agency's front line (National Delivery). This guidance enables front line staff to make consistent decisions and participants to have choice and control over their lives. The branch also develops content for participants and external stakeholders to support Our Guidelines, including letters, forms, factsheets and guides to what the Agency does and does not fund.
What you'll need to succeed
- Researching, drafting and updating internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency’s policy positions and meets agency’s plain English and accessibility standards.
- Developing or updating guidance material in response to participant and external stakeholder feedback.
- Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
- Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters as needed to support an improved participant experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining best practice and innovation in the branch.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.
