Contract length: until end of June 2024 + possibility for the contract to extend
Full time hours M-F
Hourly rate: $56 per hour + super

Role Summary:
- Lead the efficient delivery of the expeditioner training program, including implementation of business processes, administrative oversight of Expeditioner Support Officer(s).
- Consult with stakeholders to review learning materials and future operational capability requirements.
- Lead on continuous improvement through expeditioner feedback and operational learning to manage subsequent planning, scheduling, and communications accordingly.
- Consult with appropriate stakeholders to review learning materials, address future operational capability requirements, and facilitate the required learning outcomes for current and future training programs.
- Provide feedback on training performance (i.e., from training service providers) against agreed indicators, benchmarks, and budgets.
- Leadership, resilience, and adaptability as a change manager with proven ability to effectively deliver training program objectives.Competence in:
- INX-based Training Management Systems Financial & Personnel Management Systems (Technology One and Aurion)
- Competence in the following Microsoft Office applications: o SharePoint o Project o Excel o Word o PowerPoint o OutlookExperience performing as a member of a professional team within an operationally focussed environment, including supporting a harmonious work environment.
- Able to prioritise and manage a workload that is significantly reactive in nature.
- The ability to analyse problems to: identify the remedy required, andconsider preventative strategies to avoid recurrence.
