The role of the Registered Architect will include Principal Consultancy services and considered vital to the efficient and effective delivery of projects across the broader team. Our business is built on relationships and the role of the PC is pivotal in assisting our valued Clients to deliver their projects within their pre-defined benchmarks and also manage and coordinate the full suite of engineering disciplines required along with onsite assistance to the construction contractor.
An employment opportunity exists within our regionally based teams. The key requirements for this position include:
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of building construction and documentation/detailing.
- Attitude: we are looking for a positive team-orientated person who has the courage of their convictions to deliver the required outcomes.
- Skillset: Client liaison, Design, Documentation and Management of architectural project team and projects ($500k - $20M) from Concept stage through to completion of construction. Proficient Revit software competency essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience operating as a Registered Architect and a Principal Consultant.
