Form of workThe Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Architectural & Business Development Sales Support Assistant to join our team based in Taren Point.
The Role of the Architectural & Business Development Sales Support Assistant is to assist the Architectural & Business Development Sales Reps to specify core range product for project specifications and to provide internal support to the team at Taren Point. The Architectural & Business Development Sales Support is a vital part of the Business Development & Residential teams.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Architectural Reps with project specifications, Project quotes and internal support
• Work with the Cordell lead generation process and reporting to all Divisions
• Assist the Business Development & Residential Rep’s with Cordell/Project information
• Assist with securing project pricing from suppliers
• Monitor Cordell projects and project quotes requiring data input
• Assist with the preparation of picture book and excel product proposals
• Assist Architectural Reps with product information
• Communicate via telephone and email with Developers, Architects, Rep’s, Customers & Suppliers
• Communicate internally with other divisions and staff members
• Assist Customers, Developers and Architectural Rep’s on product information, raising of codes & technical advice
• Be involved with supplier training
• Punctuality
• Follow security procedures
• Follow company policy and procedure (i.e. paperwork/customer files/uniforms)
• Attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Work in a team environment with team members on multiple sites
