Our people are at the heart of our operation and in this dynamic and constantly evolving sector, it’s your drive to deliver our business goals that will keep our organisation competitive for the future.As the F100 Line Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management of all strategic, day to day operational and people elements of Flight Crew members operating on our fleet of F100 aircraft. Your primary focus will be managing crew delivery and conduct standards and driving a performance culture by developing a high performing team and engaged workforce.In this role, you will lead face to face communication with crew and drive pilot development and leadership, as well as foster effective collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders to support a safe, compliant, efficient, and sustainable operation.
